Question 1

Does every apartment have alternative layout options?

Accepted Answer

We have prepared two additional layouts (B and C) for 28 selected apartments in buildings A, D, and E. Your sales adviser will check apartment availability and the deadline for choosing a layout.

Question 2

Does choosing layout B or C change the price?

Accepted Answer

If you decide by the specified deadline, the total apartment price remains the same as for layout A. The usable floor area and price per m² will change. Further changes are priced according to the Apartment Customisation Department’s price list. After the deadline specified for the apartment, we no longer make layout changes; any work after handover is the owner’s responsibility. Your sales adviser will check apartment availability and the deadline for making your decision.

Question 3

What does the apartment price include?

Accepted Answer

Every apartment includes a storage unit in the price. For M2 apartments and larger, a parking space and balcony are also included in the price. The smallest apartments, listed in the catalogue as 28 m², include a storage unit only, without a parking space or balcony.

Question 4

Can I order a turnkey fit-out?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the optional move in service is available at CG01. Your sales adviser will explain the scope of the service, present the materials, and provide a quote.

Question 5

When will the communal spaces be available?

Accepted Answer

The residents’ workshop, communal garden, playground, and looped recreational trail will be available as part of Phase 1. We have planned the regeneration of the park by the Cyganka reservoir for Phase 2.

Question 6

What will I find in the residents’ workshop?

Accepted Answer

A workbench with a vice and a tool station will make minor repairs easier. The work surface in the creative workspace is designed for sewing, painting, and other crafts. You will be able to put your bike on a repair stand. In the workshop, we have also planned a dog and bike wash station, space for shared equipment, and shelves for items residents can share. A corner with a sofa and books will provide a place to relax after work.

Question 7

How will the surrounding area change?

Accepted Answer

Alongside CG01, the surrounding area is also changing. Energy efficiency upgrades at Primary School No. 43 have been completed. For Phase 1, we have planned a roundabout at the junction of Cygańska Góra and Powstańców Warszawskich streets and around 50 public parking spaces. Phase 2 will include the regeneration of the park by the Cyganka reservoir, with new paths, planting, and landscape features.
