The sea – a new neighbour

Brzeźno is one of the city’s most attractive neighbourhoods. The history of the resort is over 100 years old! It was here that the first bathing establishment was built on the shores of the Gulf of Gdańsk. To this day, the wide, sandy beaches and postcard-perfect landscapes attract whole families. On a clear day, you can even spot the Hel Peninsula. Keeping this family atmosphere alive, Gdańska invites the first generation to put down their roots here.  

• Youngsters close to nature: A walk to the bay or to a nearby park is less than a quarter of an hour. In Reagan Park and Brzeźno Park you can discover the secrets of nature, but above all have fun. A rope park, skatepark, ping-pong table, playgrounds, even a buolodrome... and that’s not all! So many activities for children, who always have plenty of energy.
   
• A good starting point: Gdańska is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. The city centre, the cultural and entertainment heart of Gdańsk, can be reached in 20 minutes. It won’t take longer than 15 minutes to get to Zaspa, Wrzeszcz or Olivia Business Centre. This is an ideal location when it comes to living in the Tricity. You can get everywhere easily, move quickly, but on the other hand... what’s the point? If you don’t need to leave your neighbourhood, you can instead spend time with your loved ones.
   
• A neighbourhood that meets your needs: Services necessary for everyday life are within easy reach. Schools, kindergartens, shops, medical facilities, the vet, a shopping mall, local cafés, sports centres, the library... It would be easier to list what isn’t here. You can walk or cycle. After all, there is a well-developed system of footpaths for lovers of two-wheeled excursions, making it even easier to get around.

• Designed with the heart: The creation of Gdańska was carried out by people who perfectly understand the idea of homeliness that has accompanied this project from the very beginning. It’s necessary to know the city and the area to create an apartment complex that fulfils its responsibilities to residents of many different ages. The cosy atmosphere and range of amenities were created by the award-winning architecture firm ROARK Studio from Sopot. The stunning local nature, in turn, was made “usable” by Małgorzata Sobótka of Studio Krajobraz. 

A homely space

Gdańska’s homely atmosphere resounds especially in the common areas. Their elegant but subdued finishes and warm style have a cosy feel. And although this is a high-standard project, there is something about it that instils a laid-back atmosphere. The friendly ambience here is matched by the high quality of the materials, and the modern solutions and amenities perfectly match the daily needs of residents.  

• Time for us: There are integration areas available for residents. One of these is the club room, which is sure to win the hearts of younger residents. It is simply wonderful – with a whole wall full of hidey-holes, equipped with video games, board games and toys. Parents can enjoy its benefits too! For adults, there is a spacious fitness area with professional exercise equipment.
   
• Everything under control: A special area with a spacious and comfortable sofa as its centrepiece has been arranged for neighbourly get-togethers. This is a good spot to relax after a hard day, but also a space from which to observe the outdoor playground and the estate’s greenery. • Inspired by the environment: The arrangement of the communal areas is no accident. Gdańska is an environment that connects residents with their surroundings. Interior architect Michał Ścieszka opted for finishing materials of natural origin. Wood, wicker and light fabrics are intended to make the space cosy and domesticated. This is complemented by potted plants, which are an extension of the outdoor greenery. Added to this are large windows, bright colours and lots of sunshine. It’s details like these that make Gdańska elegant, yet warm and cosy. 

Green views on the horizon

Gdańska is designed to create memories and relationships, to evoke sentiments and warm emotions. It is a safe space for the whole family, where everything is coherent, usable and natural to its core. Here are three reasons why:  

• A lawn for all: It sounds like a rebellious manifesto, which is absolutely correct. Barefoot on the lawn? Go ahead! A picnic? It’ll be great! The green corner was created with comfort and fun in mind. It is a sensory space to touch and try, not just to look at. All in keeping with an aesthetic whose overriding principle is practical homeliness.
   
• Nature entertains and teaches: The flavours of summer – everyone can recall them. Gdańska in summertime abounds in colourful and sweet fruits. Bushes of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries will make many a summer holiday pleasant, not just for kids. Among the plants, the youngest will also find a nature education corner with a bird feeder. If you want to learn about nature, its sounds and the world of its inhabitants, you should do so in natural surroundings. It’s easier and more pleasant that way. And it’s more fun, too. 
   
• A picnic in the city: Life in a tourist metropolis can be full of peace and quiet. The greenery, which dampens outside noise, gives a feeling of intimacy and seclusion from the bustling city. Large expanses of lawn contrast with the varied shape of the knolls, which are partly covered with green grasses and perennials. Each knoll is crowned by a tree or solitary shrub, lit from below. Plus benches, hammocks... Everything you need to relax.
