Local style with a new twist

The timelessness of the architecture and the atmosphere of Gdańsk make this a place where you can live well. Marek Łańcucki created a design concept for WITA77 that combines traditional building elements, simplicity and multicultural modernity.

• Drawing on the city’s icons: Pitched roofs, simple dormers and straight chimneys. Elements borrowed from Gdańsk villas have been given a second life here. WITA77 likes to draw on history, especially one so stylish! 
   
• Less is more: The colour palette has been replaced by a broken, warm white. This colour emphasises the tectonics of the building, but above all reflects the sun’s rays. As a result, the apartments are brightly lit with natural light. This is complemented by large wooden window frames, textured plaster façades and partitions made of easy-to-clean sinter. Classy simplicity. 
   
• Playing with colour and shape: Monochrome and a variety of shapes give the architecture a contemporary feel. Refined, often custom-made details, bold combinations of textures, a play with light. WITA77 is a unique project with a considered use of trends. Proof that design can be functional and delightful.

The Strzyża district has its own unique character and WITA77 matches it perfectly, adding freshness and its own youthful dynamics.

Close to the city, amid the calm of nature

The age-old dilemma has been solved. It is no longer necessary to choose between living in the city or on its outskirts. WITA77 reconciles the dual needs of urbanity and being close to nature. It removes the problem of traffic jams on the way to work and opens up paths for the physically active.

• Close to work and university: Strzyża is a good departure point for everyday life. It’s a neighbourhood close to the city’s central districts, business centres (Alchemia and Olivia Business Centre), academic centres (University of Gdańsk, WSB University, Gdańsk University of Technology, the State Building Schools) and commercial centres, all of which have served residents for years.

The interiors of WITA77 are a reinterpretation of the traditional forms of Gdańsk architecture. The patterned floors and delicately embellished door frames, however, are rooted in modern standards and write their own new story. 
   
• Welcome home: The award-winning Studio Akurat is responsible for the interior design. The synergy of the interiors with their cultural and historical context is the foundation and heart of WITA77.
