The building has an L-shaped horizontal section that refers in its architecture to the modernistic, pre-war officer pavilions on the Hel Peninsula. Its elevation has been enhanced with marine elements, such as a mast, round windows, and boarding. The upper storey of the building is set back, while the elevation is covered with wooden panels. In the underground part, parking spaces and space for sport equipment storage have been provided. In the one-staircase building there are 22 full-year apartments. The building has been completed with full infrastructure, street furniture and greenery.

The building is located in the centre of Jurata – a popular resort on the Hel Peninsula.
It is several hundred meters from the Bay of Puck and the Baltic Sea, thus enabling residents to continuously use the best water resources for water sports and enjoy the clean, wide beaches.
