The ground floor flats have gardens surrounded by a high hedge, while the top floor flats have terraces. Solar photovoltaic batteries have been designed on the roofs of the newest buildings to supply common parts: staircases, garage and lift in electricity.

24-hour security, monitoring systems, and supervision for safety in Nowe Orłowo, featuring an anti-attack signalling system, linked to the security, with video-intercoms installed in the flats. Parking spaces for cars are located in the garage level, reachable by a lift from every floor.
