Sopocki Parkur I is composed of four residential buildings, the architecture of which refers to the traditional development of Sopot. They surround a spacious courtyard. The family gardens are an attraction for selected apartments on the ground floor. The residents have also an exclusive internal recreational complex with saunas and a fitness room.
