The new part of the complex comprises six three-storey buildings surrounding an extensive courtyard. The Sopocki Parkur II architectural design combines modernity and elements of the traditional, secessionist development of Sopot in a good way, as well as forming the natural continuation of the first stage of the housing estate. Mansard roofs covered with ceramic tiling, with towers characteristic for Sopot and toned colours for the elevations enhance the elegance of the architecture.
