The new part of the complex comprises six three-storey buildings surrounding an extensive courtyard. The Sopocki Parkur II architectural design combines modernity and elements of the traditional, secessionist development of Sopot in a good way, as well as forming the natural continuation of the first stage of the housing estate. Mansard roofs covered with ceramic tiling, with towers characteristic for Sopot and toned colours for the elevations enhance the elegance of the architecture.

Children have a separate playground, while residents can rest among the greenery or at a fountain located in an original gazebo covered with glass and equipped with banks styled on the seats of Sopot pier. Residents have also a recreational complex with saunas and a fitness room.
