How was the unique apartment on Smolna created?

The interior of the flagship apartment created by Invest Komfort in Sopot combines the best quality of design process with carefully selected solutions and top-class design. Its creators, Edyta Krawczyk and Tomasz Tronina from Innovattio, talk about the behind-the-scenes creation of this unique space.

The character of the interior is created by bold design decisions and a subtle combination of applied art with contemporary Polish design and the works of local creators. It is a space that does not allow you to be indifferent. It combines functionality with a distinct personality. Every element has been carefully refined, creating a space full of harmony, yet intriguing and prompting reflection on the essence of beauty.

The apartment’s arrangement is expressive and bold – it confidently experiments with contrasts. It is not afraid of raw concrete, the rust of reinforcing bars and the pastel pistachio of Onyx. It takes the risk of a dialogue between cold steel, kiln-formed glass and the bouclé upholstery of the sofas. It audaciously juxtaposes classic Italian terrazzo with recycled plastic. The furnishings feature works by Polish brands such as: Salak, Nobonobo, The Good Living, Nurt or Lexavala, and the heart of the space is a hand-carved table – it is not only a place for conversation and meetings, but also a synonym for the collaboration between artist Aleksandra Józefów, Studio Baranska Design and the designers.

Designers Edyta Krawczyk and Tomasz Tronina from Innovattio Architecture opted for well-thought-out frames and compositions that hold the gaze for longer. What makes it so expressive and unusual? How did the creators of the interior manage to create a space that is so unobvious, evocative of emotion, and yet harmonious? We encourage you to listen to the statements of the project’s creators, who share the details of this unique interior.
