Rivus is a two storey complex of four multifamily housing. Each flat will feature a large loggia, while the ground floor flats are to have 400 m2 gardens. Despite the low height of the buildings, silent-running lifts will connect the garage levels with all floors. It is important that for each flat there is at least one parking space and basement space in an underground part of the buildings.
 

The Rivus complex will be fenced and monitored, while the 24-hour security service will be located within the housing estate. Flats will be equipped with video-intercoms and an anti-attack signalling system. The children’s playground will be located in a secluded part of the housing estate. Residents will have access to the fitness complex with training rooms, a club room, and saunas.
 

Rivus is being created in Gdynia, on Bernadowska Street, in a secluded, green valley of the Swelinia brook, which sets the boundary between Gdynia and Sopot. It will be located exactly halfway between the Orłowo and Sopot piers, right in the centre of the Tri-City.
 

All you need to reach Kamienny Potok in the Sopot district is to pass through the gate on the brook side, cross the restored bridge over the Swelinia and walk a few dozen metres.

There are shops, clinics, schools, as well as an urban railway station.
From Rivus you may also walk to the beach and aqua park, as well as to the shopping centre in Orłowo. Nearby cycling routes provide all residents with an alternative to commuting by car. See the map below!
