Idea
It was an event before it was even built.
It was initiated by an international architectural competition, which was won by Studio Kwadrat.
It was integrated into the modernist character of the Motława waterfront, along with the towering structure of the Museum of the Second World War, and was thus one of the first in Gdańsk to set the urban development trend towards the water.
