About
Perfection, although it has no alternative, is open to reinterpretation.
With its originality, Małokacka expands the experiential space of what an apartment in the Tricity can be.
1. A minimalism that excites.
2. A tonality inspired by the beech forest.
3. Sophisticated amenities for all.
A new residential approach that unlocks the unparalleled potential of its location. It bravely selects the unique from its surroundings and combines it with a standard previously achievable only for the most prestigious developments.
This is Małokacka.
For you. For years to come.
Exciting architectural thinking
Małokacka is where the city meets the sheer might of coastal nature. This was recognised by the designers at BJK Architekci, who immersed a simple and understated ten-storey block among the crowns of beech trees.
Here, high-quality wood, raw copper, granite and metal are combined with refined fabrics and original wallpapers. Handmade furniture and a wooden sculpture by Anna Bera discreetly fill the spacious, elegant lobby and reception. The building is crowned by a communal space offering what only Gdynia can provide: a stunning view of the Gulf of Gdańsk, forests and the city skyline.
Synergy with nature: The building is embedded in the escarpment and surrounded by a mix of grassy and perennial plants and shrubs. Therefore, the colour scheme and texture of the façade are in shades of satin copper, with accents of silver grey and wood. This ensures that the building forms an inspiring relationship with the surrounding nature regardless of the season.
The ambition of timelessness: Małokacka is a fusion of the strength of steel, the lightness of glass and the refined character of copper. Strong in expression and yet simultaneously harmonious, it is the result of an architectural ambition to go beyond trends, towards timelessness.
Coastal nature and intimacy: The balconies and loggias are equipped with Lumon glazing to ensure intimacy, discretion and the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of contact with nature regardless of the season. On the other hand, in the individual gardens, surrounded by hedges of evergreen shrubs, residents are assured of their own intimate private space.
Unprecedented amenities at this standard
When the unparalleled is just the start. A multifunctional rooftop terrace overlooking the city skyline and the Gulf of Gdańsk? An intimate gym with a greenery-wrapped relaxation area and a private dining area among the treetops? Because who says you can’t have it all?
Małokacka is 99 flats ranging in size from 44 to 151 square metres. It is a place that creates a new standard, which is unique and up until now was only available to a select few.
A multifunctional rooftop terrace with an amazing view: A greenery-filled leisure space with a breathtaking panorama and a special culinary area with a barbecue, as well as a recreational offering with a climbing wall for children. Shared, laughter-filled evenings and an extraordinary view of the forest, the Gulf of Gdańsk and the city centre? This is not offered by any residential development in all of Gdynia.
A fitness club and a wooden terrace surrounded by a forest and 15,000 plants: An intimate fitness area with professional equipment and a green patio with space for cardio and personal training are surrounded by a beech forest and 15,000 plants. In such circumstances, sports relaxation is pure pleasure.
Tailor-made apartments: Live in a space designed by the BOSKO studio, whose projects have been recognised and featured in, among others, ELLE Decoration and LABEL Magazine, and even considered by WhiteMAD as one of the prettiest in Poland.
A forward-thinking location with a fascinating history
Embedded in a slope, hidden in the woods, looking out over the bay and welcoming the city. Very Gdynia-like. This is the location of Małokacka.
A common feature of large cities are neighbourhoods that have been patiently waiting to be discovered: Camden Town in London, the 20th arrondissement of Paris, Podgórze in Krakow. Those who were able to see their beauty earlier than others, demonstrating urban sensitivity, today own property in the most exciting places on the local and national map.
We see this potential in Witomino. Why?
Infrastructure: In the immediate vicinity of Małokacka there are schools, clinics, a swimming pool, a gym and numerous shops. It takes just six minutes to get from here to the Riviera shopping centre and ten minutes to find yourself at the seaside and in the centre of Gdynia. An office complex on Łużycka Street, bus stops and the Redłowo commuter rail station are all within walking distance.
City, forest, sea: Małokacka is Gdynia in a nutshell – it offers everything our city does best. A tranquil forest outside the window, a view of the Gulf of Gdańsk from the terrace and the city centre within just ten minutes.
A fascinating history: Witomino is a former clerical village belonging to the Bridgettine Monastery in Gdańsk. Today it is a living monument to the real estate boom of the 1960s with the iconic “Dom za Falochronem” residential block. In the wake of the return to Le Corbusier and Space Age aesthetics, it is regaining the attention it deserves.
Everyday life filled with art
“Art is indeed not the bread but the wine of life.”
Jean Paul Sartre.
Following the thought of the French existentialist and aiming to create a place that will be a space for the celebration of everyday life, we filled Małokacka with works of art.
This is how the idea of this project came to fruition. Here, the surrounding nature does not compete with contemporary art; both co-exist in a neighbourhood-inspiring balance.
An organic sculpture in the lobby: Małokacka welcomes residents and visitors with an impressive work by sculptor and woodworker Anna Bera. The sculpture is made of two shape-contrasting materials: steel and elm wood. It is at once cool, geometric and organic, as it features the visible grain of the tree.
An obsession with detail: It is the detail and coherence of style that define the class of a place. In Małokacka’s communal spaces, you will find bespoke solid copper sconces from the award-winning brand Lexavala, complemented by sandblasted stone handrails. The oak portal in the lobby and the indentations in the sides of the poster frames allude to the diagonal lines repeated on the façade. In turn, the staircase entrances and solid wood floor markings are integrated into the communal form of the walkway.
The artists who created a home: The prestigious and award-winning architectural studio BJK, the green visionaries from Studio Krajobraz, the enthusiasts of always off-the-charts design from Pracownia BOSKO and a developer who for 30 years has never wavered in his ambition to redefine the obvious in the urban fabric of Tricity. This is the team that created Małokacka. For you. For years to come.
